The New Orleans Saints won it all with the combination of an explosive, high-scoring offense and an aggressive defense. In the unpredictable NFC, they also were the conference's ninth different champion in as many years. Albert Haynesworth may not be a lock to play in the Washington Redskins’ season opener against the Dallas Cowboys, NFL.com reports. A member of the Redskins’ staff told the network’s Jason La Canfora that it’s possible Haynesworth could be deactivated for Week 1. Both NFL.com and the Washington Post reported earlier Wednesday that Haynesworth is likely to get a heavy workload in the team’s final preseason game Thursday against the Arizona Cardinals as he tries to get up to speed after a shaky offseason.
